Christmas 2026 Delivery Information
Sending a little box of happiness this Christmas? We'd love to help make someone's day, and the earlier you order, the better your chances of it arriving exactly when you want it to.
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 4pm AEST are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 4pm, or over the weekend, dispatch the next business day (Monday, if ordered over the weekend).
Please allow extra time around weekends and public holidays, as courier delays can happen during the busy Christmas period, especially the closer we get to the big day.
Ordering for Christmas Day
We keep dispatching gift boxes right up until Christmas, but we can't guarantee a specific delivery date once your order is with the courier, particularly during this busy period. The earlier you order, the better your chances of it landing exactly when you'd like.
If your gift arrives a little early, don't worry, we'll pop a "Do Not Open Until…" sticker on the box with your chosen date, so the excitement isn't spoiled.
We always recommend ordering a few extra days ahead of when you need it, particularly for popular hampers, regional deliveries and bulk or corporate orders, since courier networks get busiest in the two weeks before Christmas.
Australia-Wide Christmas Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide, all year round and at Christmas too. Most metro areas receive their gift box the next business day after dispatch, while regional and remote areas generally take 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and can occasionally be affected by weather, public holidays or courier delays outside our control, especially during Christmas.
Add Shipping Protection for $3.50 at checkout for extra peace of mind. If your hamper is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we'll send a replacement, no questions asked.
Bulk & Corporate Christmas Orders
Sending happiness to your whole team, client list or workplace? We'd love to help.
Bulk orders can be placed online, or get in touch with our team by email and we'll help you plan it out. Please allow extra time for larger orders, particularly the closer it gets to Christmas, and keep in mind delivery is charged per hamper since each one is shipped individually.

- Open again Tuesday 29 December 2026
- Closed Friday 1 January 2027
- Back to normal trading from Tuesday 5 January 2027
Any orders placed while we're closed will be processed as soon as we're back.

Popular gift boxes do sell out over the festive season, and courier delivery times can run longer than usual in December, so getting in early is always the safest bet for a smile on the day.
