What is Little Box of Happiness?
The Little Box of Happiness is a pre-made gift box filled with products designed to inspire happiness and joy. All our products are either made by us or are sourced from other Australian small businesses. The boxes are made every 6 months and are designed for Spring / Summer & Autumn / Winter.
Included will be a Happiness Plan, which gives tips and tricks how you can make the most of the products featured in the box.
Our boxes have been designed as a unique and quirky gift to send to someone who needs a little boost of happiness in their life. A great alternative to conventional gifts such as flowers or chocolate.We have created the boxes to help inspire happiness and wellbeing. Our aim is to make it easy to send a fun extra special gift to brighten someone's day.
How many boxes do I get per year?
We change our box twice per year to suit Spring/Summer and Autumn/ Winter .
In addition to this, we also sell a Mini Box of Happiness and a Little Box of Sunshine. We have a male Little Box of Happiness on sale and currently supply corporate and settlement gifts to a range of customers.
We make an annual Limited Mothers Day gift.
Can I include a personalised note?
Absolutely, this is the part we love! All gifts can be personalised by either adding a gift card at the checkout or just leaving a message in the comments section at the checkout. All notes will be handwritten by us!
When and how will my Box of Happiness be delivered?
We partner with Australia’s most trusted and reliable courier services to ensure your packages are delivered quickly and safely. If your order is placed before 12pm AWST it will be shipped on the same day. Our gift boxes are pre-packed and dispatched din lighting speed which often makes it difficult for us to make changes to the products inside. we are open to requests and will fulfill these where possible, however requested product changes are not guaranteed.
Next Day Delivery
If your order is placed before 12:00pm AWST and next day delivery is selected, it will be delivered to the destination the next business day. Please allow an extra day for areas outside of metro cities. And be aware that even though we dispatch your order in lightning speed, sometimes our couriers do experience unforeseen delays. We offer NEXT DAY DELIVERY ALL OVER AUSTRALIA for a flat rate of just <insert amount> for all orders (this excludes delivery to PO BOXES). All deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday. Weekend deliveries are available upon request in Perth for an additional fee and cannot be guaranteed.. We don’t deliver on Public Holidays. Please be aware that on the odd occasion there are courier delays, and delivery may take an extra day or two
Express Shipping
When express shipping is selected, your order will be sent via courier the very next day and will take approx. 1-2 working days to arrive from the time of dispatch (some deliveries may take longer depending on your location). When you place your order, you will be sent a tracking link with the delivery details of your parcel, for your peace of mind. No orders are dispatched on weekends.

Perth metro area (Joondalup to Mandurah) - 1 - 2 business days
WA Regional - 1-2 business days
The rest of Australia
When standard shipping is selected, your order will be sent via courier the very next day and will take approx. 5-9 working days to arrive from the day of dispatch (some deliveries may take longer depending on your location). When you place your order, you will be sent a tracking link with the delivery details of your parcel, for your peace of mind. No orders are dispatched on weekends.
*We cannot deliver overnight to PO BOXES*
By placing an order you agree that you give the courier service ‘Authority To Leave’ the package in a safe spot if noone is home (this is standard practice and ensures your package gets to the recipient as quickly as possible). If you do not wish to give your order ‘Authority To Leave,’ please inform us before your order has been processed, or leave a note in the ‘comments’ section when placing their order. You may be required to pay the post office holding fee of $10 if noone is home and the package is returned to the Post Office.
For deliveries to a residential address, it helps if you please provide the recipients telephone number. We give our courier the authority to leave parcels if the recipient is not at home. If delivery cannot be made, the courier will leave a calling card for the recipient to collect their package from their local post office.
For deliveries to a hospital or nursing home, please provide as much information as possible (such as level, ward and room number). Also make sure they haven’t been discharged by the time the delivery gets there.

My package hasn’t arrived.
We are human, and we work with humans to deliver your packages, so sometimes once in a blue moon things happen. Please understand we do everything in our power to get your packages delivered safely, but sometimes a force of nature, a courier delay or unforeseen circumstances occur. We will work around the clock to follow up any lost, missing or delayed packages, this is our promise to you. We appreciate your patience and understanding when these (very rare) instances do occur.
