We hand write all cards, if the note is very long we will print it out on to the card and over very busy times we might also print out the message on the card. We try to hand write as often as we can as we feel it is more personal.

We never include invoices, receipts or pricing inside our gift boxes, so the recipient will only see your personalised gift message.

If you'd like to keep your gift a surprise or remain anonymous, simply leave your name out of the message during checkout. and if you want us to not tell if the repient calls us you will need to let us know that you dont want us to disclose anything at all.
