Order Dispatch
Orders placed before 4pm (AEST) Monday to Friday are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 4pm (AEST) will be dispatched on the next business day.
Orders placed after 4pm (AEST) on Friday, or over the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday. Delivery timeframes commence from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.
Customers will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing an order to the email provided at checkout. We kindly ask that all order details are checked carefully. If your hamper has not yet been dispatched, we are happy to assist with changes where possible. Once a hamper has left our warehouse, changes to delivery details, products, gift messages, or delivery dates may not be possible. Redelivery fees may apply where a hamper cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address information.
Delivery Timeframes
We always aim to have your hamper delivered as close as possible to your requested delivery date; however, requested delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and are requests only.
Metro Deliveries
- Sent via StarTrack Next Business Day service.
- Most metro postcodes arrive the next business day after dispatch; however, this is not guaranteed and courier delays are outside of our control.
Perth Same-Day Delivery
- Available for addresses within 35km of Perth CBD on orders placed before 2:00pm (AWST), Monday to Friday.
Regional Deliveries
- Typically arrive within 1–3 business days from dispatch, depending on location.
Delivery options available at checkout are determined by the recipient's postcode. If only Metro Next Day Delivery is available, the postcode falls within the next-day delivery network. If only Regional Express Delivery is available, the postcode is outside the metro delivery zone.
PO Box Deliveries
If your delivery address is a PO Box, a member of our team will contact you to arrange payment of an additional $10.00 delivery fee.
Alternatively, you may update the delivery address to a residential or business address free of charge before your hamper is dispatched.
Please note that dispatch may be delayed until the delivery address has been confirmed or the additional delivery fee has been paid.
Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed once your hamper has been dispatched.
Delivery Delays
While most hampers arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional courier delays may occur due to factors outside of our control. Should any delays arise, we will assist wherever possible and keep you updated.
Unattended Deliveries
If a courier is unable to safely leave a hamper, access the property, or enter an apartment complex or gated address, the hamper may be redirected to the nearest Post Office for collection.
For Perth same-day deliveries, if our drivers do not feel there is a safe place to leave the hamper, they will attempt to contact the recipient or sender. If alternative instructions cannot be obtained, the hamper will be returned to our warehouse for collection. Redelivery can be arranged for an additional fee.
Hot Weather Deliveries
During warmer weather, hampers should be brought indoors as soon as possible after delivery. Once delivered, any damage caused by heat exposure is outside of our control.
Hospital Deliveries
We are happy to deliver to hospitals; however, please note that if a patient has been discharged, transferred, or if the hospital is unable to accept deliveries, the hamper may be returned and require redelivery.
To assist with a successful delivery, please provide:
- Patient's full name
- Mobile phone number
- Ward and room number
- Full hospital address
We also recommend checking the recipient's expected length of stay before placing an order.
Public Holidays
Delivery and dispatch timeframes may be affected by Australian national, state, and territory public holidays. Additional delays may occur during these periods due to increased courier volumes and reduced operating schedules.
State & Territory Public Holidays:
Labour Day (varies by state), King’s Birthday (varies), Western Australia Day, Melbourne Cup Day (VIC), Royal Queensland Show (QLD), Adelaide Cup Day (SA), Proclamation Day (SA), Eight Hours Day (TAS), Recreation Day (TAS), Royal Hobart Show (TAS), Canberra Day (ACT), Reconciliation Day (ACT), May Day (NT), Picnic Day (NT) and NSW Bank Holiday.
Delivery timeframes may vary during these periods.
