š Delivery requests: Weāll always aim to have your hamper delivered as close as possible to your preferred date. While we canāt guarantee exact dates, we do our very best to make it happen we aim to get the hamper there as close as possible!Ā
- Metro deliveries: Sent via StarTrack Next Business Day service. Metro post-codes usually arrive the next business day if ordered before 4pm (AEST) - this isnāt guaranteed.Ā
- š Same-day delivery (Perth metro): Available for addresses within 35km of Perth CBD when you order before 2pm WST (MonāFri)Ā

If youāre only offered 1ā3 Day Delivery, your postcode falls outside the metro delivery zone.

ā ļø Delays: Most hampers arrive right on time, but occasionally couriers may experience delays that are outside of our control. Weāll keep you updated along the way.

š¬ If no one is home: If thereās no safe place to leave the hamper, if they canāt access due to an apartment building or a locked gate it will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection- please take this into consideration.
š„ Hospital Deliveries
Weāre happy to deliver hampers to hospitals. Please keep in mind that if a patient has been discharged before the hamper arrives, or if the ward is unable to accept deliveries, the hamper may be returned to us for re-delivery.
To help avoid delays, please include the patientās full name, phone number, ward/room number, and hospital address when placing your order. We also recommend checking how long they are expected to stay in hospital and keeping our delivery timeframes in mind.

We know how special it is to have your gift arrive right on time, and we work closely with our couriers to make that happen. While we always do our very best, sometimes unexpected things happen that can cause delays that are out of our hands. If this happens, please know weāll do everything we can to help get your hamper delivered as quickly as possible.
To keep things running smoothly, please double-check the delivery details before placing your order. If a parcel canāt be delivered due to an incorrect address or being undeliverable, re-delivery fees will apply.
