As soon as your order is submitted, a little “ping” goes off on our phones. This is our signal to  drop whatever we are doing and bust out a little happy dance to celebrate!  



When the dancing winds down, we jump into action: assembling your package, wrapping it with love, and carefully handwriting your personalized message onto your recipient’s card.




Orders are processed and despatched the next business day (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after 11 AM WST on Friday will spend the weekend dreaming of all the fun they will have with their recipient, before eagerly bolting out the door first thing on Monday morning.  




All orders are sent via express post from Perth, and will be delivered in just 1-3 days depending on location. Refer to shipping page for more info.



The recipient opens a gorgeous, sunshiny box full of love and goodies from you, and will probably do a little happy dance themselves

Please Note: Receipts are not sent with the gift boxes. Instead, receipts are delivered safely (and paper free!) to your email inbox.


We partner with Australia’s most trusted and reliable courier services to ensure your packages are delivered quickly and safely. Our gift boxes are pre-packed and dispatched in lighting speed which often makes it difficult for us to make changes to the products inside. We are open to requests and will fulfil these where possible, however requested product changes are not guaranteed.

Trust us we want your gift hamper to arrive as quickly as possible and we will do our BEST to make this happen for you. 

When you place your order, you will be sent a tracking link with the delivery 

By placing an order you agree that you give the courier service ‘Authority To Leave’ the package in a safe spot if no one is home (this is standard practice and ensures your package gets to the recipient as quickly as possible). If you do not wish to give your order ‘Authority To Leave,’ please inform us before your order has been processed, or leave a note in the ‘comments’ section when placing their order.  

For deliveries to a residential address, it helps if you please provide the recipients telephone number. We give our courier the authority to leave parcels if the recipient is not at home. If delivery cannot be made, the courier will leave a calling card for the recipient to collect their package from their local post office.

Gifts going to Hospitals

In our experience when buy for someone who is in hospital there are a few things to consider-

Will the person be in hospital longer than a few days? If you are unsure it would be a good idea to send the gift to their home and possibly get a close relative to bring the gift to them in hospital.

If sending on a Friday please please be mindful it will not be despatched until Monday.

Please provide as much information as possible (such as level, ward and room number). 

We use the Australia Post as our courier to ensure your packages are delivered quickly and safely.

We cannot accept a specified delivery time (eg 5.00pm).

My package hasn’t arrived.

We are human, and we work with humans to deliver your packages, so sometimes once in a blue moon things happen. Please understand we do everything in our power to get your packages delivered safely, but sometimes a force of nature, a courier delay or unforeseen circumstances occur. We will work around the clock to follow up any lost, missing or delayed packages, this is our promise to you. We appreciate your patience and understanding when these (very rare) instances do occur.
