HAMPER DELIVERY INFORMATION

• Metro Delivery: Express Delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days from dispatch.
• Priority Next Business Day: Available to eligible metro locations. Estimated next business day from dispatch and is not guaranteed.
• Regional Delivery: Typically 1–3 business days from dispatch, depending on location. Available delivery options are shown at checkout based on the recipient’s postcode.
• Perth Same-Day Delivery: Available within 35km of Perth CBD for orders placed before 2pm AWST Monday to Friday.
• Order by 4pm AEST Monday to Friday for same-business-day dispatch.
• Orders placed after 4pm AEST, on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
• Delivery timeframes commence from dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.
• Birthday or special occasion? Preferred delivery dates are not guaranteed. We recommend selecting a preferred date 1–2 business days earlier where possible.
• We always aim to deliver as close as possible to your requested date.

Delivery & Responsibility – What You Need to Know

• Once your hamper has been dispatched, some delivery circumstances are outside of our control.
• If the courier cannot safely leave the hamper or access the property, apartment complex or gated address, it may be redirected to the nearest Post Office for collection.
• It is ultimately the courier driver’s discretion whether a hamper can be safely left.
• Once dispatched, changes to the delivery address, products, gift message or preferred delivery date may not be possible.
• Please double-check the recipient’s address and phone number. Redelivery fees may apply for incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable addresses.
• Tracking will be emailed once your hamper has been dispatched.
• Courier delays can occasionally occur. Preferred delivery dates and courier delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
• No next business day delivery guarantee is provided. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for courier delays.

• Priority Next Business Day will be displayed where available.
• If Priority Next Business Day is unavailable, the applicable delivery options and estimated timeframes will be displayed instead.
