Delivery & Responsibility – What You Need to Know

At Little Shop of Happiness, we lovingly pack and dispatch your hampers with great care and positive vibes! Once your order leaves our hands and is on its way via StarTrack, it’s officially out of our control and in the capable (and speedy!) hands of the courier team.

Important to know:

• If no one is home at the time of delivery and there’s no safe place to leave the hamper, StarTrack will take it to the nearest Post Office for collection.

• Even if someone is home, the driver may still choose not to leave the parcel. We completely understand how frustrating this can be—it’s disappointing, and we get it!

• Ultimately, it’s up to the driver’s discretion whether it's safe to leave the hamper.

• We unfortunately cannot influence or redirect this process once the parcel has been dispatched.

• We rely on the shipping address provided to ensure a smooth delivery—please double-check it’s correct, and that someone will be available or a clear safe drop location is noted.

We know you’re excited to spread happiness, and we do everything we can to make that happen without hiccups. Thanks so much for understanding that once a hamper leaves our premises, some delivery variables are simply beyond our control.
