Our warehouse team packs orders at lightning speed! If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

If your hamper has not yet been processed or dispatched, we’ll do our best to help. Once your hamper has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address, products, gift message or preferred delivery date may not be possible.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–4pm AWST. If you contact us outside these hours, we’ll respond as soon as possible.

Can I include a personalised note?

Absolutely! Add your personalised message when placing your order and we’ll include it with your gift.

Please double-check your message before submitting your order, as changes may not be possible once your hamper has been packed.

When will my gift be dispatched?

Orders placed before 4pm AEST Monday to Friday are dispatched the same business day.

Orders placed after 4pm AEST, on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

How long will delivery take?

No. Priority Next Business Day is an estimated courier timeframe from dispatch and is not guaranteed.

How do I know if Priority Next Business Day is available?

Simply enter the recipient’s delivery address at checkout. The delivery services available for that location will be displayed automatically.

There’s no need to check a postcode list.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes! Once your hamper has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

What happens if nobody is home?

Our courier will generally attempt to leave the hamper in a safe location where possible.

If the driver determines there is no suitable safe place to leave it, or cannot access the property, apartment complex or gated address, the hamper may be redirected to the nearest Post Office for collection.

Whether a parcel can be safely left is ultimately at the courier driver’s discretion.

What is Authority to Leave?

Orders are generally sent with Authority to Leave, allowing the courier to leave the hamper in a safe location when nobody is home.

If there is no safe place to leave the hamper, it may be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection.

If you have specific delivery instructions, please include them when placing your order. While these instructions will be passed on where possible, we cannot guarantee that a courier will be able to follow a specific delivery request.

Will the driver call the recipient?

Please provide the recipient’s correct mobile number when placing your order in case contact is required.

However, we cannot guarantee the courier driver will call before delivery.

Can you deliver at a specific time?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times such as 10am or 5pm.

Courier delivery routes and times are determined by the courier on the day.

Do you offer same-day delivery in Perth?

Yes! Same-day delivery is available for eligible addresses within 35km of Perth CBD for orders placed before 2pm AWST Monday to Friday.

Available delivery options will be displayed at checkout after entering the recipient’s address.

Do you deliver to hospitals and nursing homes?

Absolutely 🎉

Please provide as much information as possible, including the recipient’s full name, mobile number, hospital or nursing home name, and ward and room number if known.

We recommend checking that the recipient will still be admitted when the hamper is expected to arrive.

If the recipient has been discharged, transferred or the facility cannot accept the delivery, redelivery or collection may be required and additional fees may apply.

Which courier do you use?

We primarily use StarTrack for Australia-wide deliveries, along with our local delivery service for eligible Perth same-day orders.

The delivery service available for the recipient’s address will be displayed at checkout.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Please contact us as soon as possible.

If your hamper hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll do our best to update the address.

Once dispatched, we may not be able to redirect or change the delivery address. Redelivery fees may apply if an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address has been supplied.

My hamper hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

First, check the tracking information emailed to you when your hamper was dispatched.

We’ll happily investigate the delivery and assist wherever possible.
