High Quality and Relevant Range of Products and Outstanding Customer Service

I commend the team for curating a selection of high quality and relevant products which made it possible for me to customise a care pack for the recipient that was both meaningful and functional.

The customer service team members were prompt and helpful in their responses and I am most impressed by the excellent service I received.

The recipient was delighted to receive the care pack and I could not be happier with the contents, packaging, and delivery!

    Hamper

Took 5 days to deliver this hamper even though it said next day delievery. I realise I didn’t make the cut off for next day delivery so presumed it would be the day after but 5 days ,after is unacceptable
