Thanks so much for the package you sent to our friends in Australia.
We're just a little confused though, according to your website the package is apparently diabetic-friendly. One of the members of the family we intended the gift for is diabetic so that's how we came across your website - by searching for diabetic gifts to send in Australia - your website came up offering "diabetic hampers and gift baskets" - and on the website it claims that these are "diabetic hampers".
The gift has arrived in Sydney where our friends live and it is certainly very much appreciated, but when we mentioned that it was meant to be diabetic-friendly there was a laugh...according to our friend this is apparently not really the case...certainly the hamper will be enjoyed by the family, but it's not quite what we had hoped...
Could you please help us to clarify if the items are indeed safe for someone with diabetes? Our friend has only just returned from being in the hospital, and we certainly hoped not to become part of a reason for him to return! 😄😊
